What as a hotel manager would you need to do to make sure that your guests receive a great experience?

you should be polite as a manager, make sure that the employees are doing their jobs. make sure that the employees know how to treat a guest correctly. Most importantly, be talkative, you never know how a simple how are you can change a persons day completely :)
