Hello, In order to solve this we use the equation MV=MV and plug it in

First we need to convert mL to liters by dividing by a 1000. So it’s 0.01 liters and 0.03 liters now we can plug this in and solve

1.5*0.01=M*0.03

0.015/0.03= 0.03M/0.03

0.5 = M, the new concentration of the new solution is 0.5 M
