How can an offspring with the genotype (RR) have the same phenotype as the offspring with the genotype (Rr)? (R = round seeds AND r = wrinkled seeds)

R is the dominant allele therefore when there is RR the dominant allele will show in the offspring. Likewise, even in Rr the dominant allele is R and therefore it will be shown in the offspring.
