Given the info that Tito charges a $6.26 fee for a ride plus $2.75 for every ride, we derive

Y is the amount of money in total

X is the amount of miles for each ride

Algebraic Expression: Y=2.75X+6.26

(b)

Plugging in 23, we get

Y=2.75(230+6.26

Y=69.51

Answer Sentence: It would take $69.51 to travel 23 miles on TIto's taxi.

first of all they charge a certain amount per mile so thats why we multiply that by the number on miles then we add the base price of 6.26

B. ok so lets just plug in
