Hang on tight! I know this may not be the best advice out there, but things will get better soon! I've felt the same way before, when it feels like no one knows what you're going through, and at times you don't even know yourself. Sometimes, the only one that can help is yourself! I know I'm just a stranger, and things are easier said than done, but take things one step at a time. Don't rush things, focus on your wellbeing when you can. I don't know your name, age, job, situation, anything about you, really. So I can't judge anything. But don't overwork yourself. Focus on physical health as well as mental health. Drink 2 litres of water a day, eat the rainbow, get good nights rest, etc. Try introspect sometimes too. Examine your thoughts, try find quiet, and hopefully, things will get better! I know exactly how you feel, I've been in this exact situation before. These tips helped me, and I hope they'll help you.
