Step-by-step explanation:
AB:BC = 1:2
(2x-8) : (2x + 6) = 1:2
2x+6=2(2x-8)
2x + 6 = 4x - 16
2x = 22
x = 11
AC= 4 * 11 - 23
=44-23
=21
BC = 2 * 1I + 6
=22+6
=28
So AC= BC= 21:28
=3:4
