Presentation is a verbal speech that is delivered to a crowd, the presentation needs to be presented in a way that it connects with the listeners, and therefore the presentation has to be delivered in loud and clear vocal, it is also recommended that eye contact is made with the attendees, so that the attendees feel connected and will be more engaging with the presentation and the presenter. Also the presentation should include gestures by the presenter because this engages the viewers and draws attention.
A presentation needs to be well prepared, including team material of the presentation should include facts and figures, also the slides to be presented on the screen should be clear enough to be read by the attendees
