first we have to find x by setting these 2 angles equal to each other

x+28=2x+16

-x. -x

28=x+16

-16. -16

12=x

Now we need to find the x+28 angle

12+28

40

And since PTR is next to it we subtract 180 from this

180-40

140 degrees
