How should the food worker protect the food she prepares from contanination

A food worker could protect their food in a couple of ways. For one, wearing one-use gloves for each aspect of the preparation process protects food from cross-contamination.

Another way would be something such as a hairnet. The reason this works is to prevent hair strands from mixing with the food, therefore also preventing contamination.
