When You Eat Something The teeth break down the food first and then the tongue helps to get saliva on the food, which rolls it into a ball, then after that it then goes down the foodtube, and into the stomach, the stomach breaks down the food further, and then after that the liver, pancreas, and gallblader releases its juices and digests it even further, it then goes into the intestines where nutrients gets absorbed, water gets absorbed, its sent to the urinary system and then once the rectum is full of poop, nerves send the brain a signal and then you sense that there is poop, you poop, and flush the toilet. :)
