Answer: ((x2)−14x+87)/16

Explanation:

focal diameter = 16,

4a=16;

a=4.

(h,v)=(7,7-a)

==> (h,v)=(7,3)

the equation of the parabola = ((x-7)^2)=16(y-3)

=> y = ((x^2)-14x+87)/16.
