If a boy grows 5 inches, he will be one half as tall as his sister , his sister is 68 inches tall. How tall is the boy?

One equation to use is x+5=68/2. So, 68/2 is 34. Subtract 5 from both sides, so x is 34-5, or 29. The boy is 29 inches, or 2ft, 5in tall. Peace!
