Explanation:

You can't add/subtract numbers that have different exponent numbers so you have to stick with the ones that have the same number

So then the coefficients would be:

x^3 : -9 - 6 = -15

x^2 : -7 -5 = -12
x: -3 -2 =-5
0: -1 - 2 = -3
