y = -2x + 9

Explanation:

→ Find the change in x

13 --9 = 22

→ Find the change in y

-2 - 9 = -11

→ Divide to find gradient

22 ÷ -11 = -2

→ Write in standard form

y = -2x + c

→ Substitute in ( 9 , -9 )

-9 = -18 + c

→ Find c

c = 9

→ Write in specified form

y = -2x + 9
