m2,m4,m6,m8=23

number 2:m1,m6,m9,m14=97m2,m5,m10,m13=83

m4,m7,m12,m15=114 m3,m6,m11,m16=66

whole 4 triangles = 360 and when we have one value, and we can x 2 because the triangle in opposite is the same and when we get it and 360 - the value you have and divide by two will get other two of it.
