A = 3

B = -1

C = 5

Explanation:

y - 7 = 3(x - 4) Distribute the 3

y - 7 = 3x -12 subtract y from both sides

-7 = 3x -y -12 Add 12 to both sides

5 =3x -y Flip the equation around the equal sign

3x -y = 5

The 3 is the A, -1 is the B and 5 is the C.
