Answer: y = 4x - 4

Explanation:

We already have our slope, which is 4

(x , y) (2, 4) -> 2 is x, 4 is y

Substitute y = mx + b with the right numbers

4 = 4(2) + b

Solve

4 = 8 + b

Subtract 8 on both sides

-4 = b

Then put it in slope-intercept form

y = 4x - 4
