Answer is C = ( -4, -2 )
Step by step
Your pre image points are (-2, 1)
You are translating x-2, y-3
So you are moving your
x value of -2 to the left -2 = -4
and your y value of 1 down -3 = -2
Your new coordinates of C = ( -4, -2 )
