For me, I work well with others, this includes both networking and communicating. I'm strict when it comes to deadlines and I'm a go-getter so I'll take care of tasks as quickly as I can so as to not delay others. I'm dependable and responsible, which is demonstrated and seen in my other leadership roles in JROTC and student council. I'm also used to being in front of crowds and voicing my opinions on how to be more efficient/etc. in front of crowds. However, some areas that I would like to work on are self awarness
and the ability to delegate work as I do have difficulties at times entrusting others to complete certain tasks.
