HL = Hypotenuse-leg. This can also can be called RHS which stands for right angle-hypotenuse-side. The hypotenuses of 2 right triangles are congruent and a pair of the corresponding legs (one of the other sides) is congruent.

AAS = Angle-angle-side. 2 corresponding angles and a corresponding side are congruent consecutively when considering the triangle clockwise or counterclockwise.

ASA = Angle-side-angle. A corresponding angle, a corresponding side, and another correspondin angle are congruent consecutively when considering the triangle clockwise or counterclockwise.

SSS = Side-side-side. All 3 corresponding sides are congruent when considering the triangle clockwise or counterclockwise.

SAS = Side-angle-side. The corresponding side, angle, and side are congruent in both triangles when considering the triangle clockwise or counterclockwise.
