well, hmmmm the line is a horizontal line hmmm so for say x = 2, y = -2, for x = whatever, y = -2.

to get the slope of any straight line, we simply need two points off of it, hmmm let's pick a couple of points for this one, say ( 3 , -2) and ( -5 , -2)


(\stackrel{x_1}{3}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{-2})\qquad (\stackrel{x_2}{-5}~,~\stackrel{y_2}{-2}) \\\\\\ \stackrel{slope}{m}\implies \cfrac{\stackrel{rise} {\stackrel{y_2}{-2}-\stackrel{y1}{(-2)}}}{\underset{run} {\underset{x_2}{-5}-\underset{x_1}{3}}} \implies \cfrac{-2 +2}{-8} \implies \cfrac{ 0 }{ -8 } \implies \text{\LARGE 0}
