x = -2 ; y = 1

Explanation:

y = -2(x+2) + 1

y = 3x + 7


3x + 7 = -2x - 4 + 1

3x + 2x = -3 - 7

5x = -10

5/5 x = -10/5

x = -2


y = 3 (-2) + 7

y = -6 + 7

y = 1
