Explanation:

First, we will graph the two inequalities. We will graph as we would with normal linear equations.

However, they both use the < sign, so we will shade above a dashed line.

The solution to this system of inequalities is where the shaded parts overlap. You can see that in the attachment I have labeled it as such.
