As an athlete going into a championship game my lifestyle would have to be incredibly controlled. My lifestyle would have to be controlled in a sense where I would have to eat incredibly healthy, train for hours and get an exact amount of rest as well. An athlete in general has to have an extremely healthy and moderated diet. As one going into the championships I would have to count every single calorie to make sure I am achieving what I need to. In addition to that, I would have to train more than usual because of the people that I am going against in the competition. To win I will have to increase what my body can handle in terms of power and stamina. Lastly, I would have to get enough rest to ensure i’m not overworked or too tired. Rest is incredibly important because putting that much pressure on a persons body and not giving it rest will guarantee a trip to the hospital. In conclusion, that is what my day would look like as an athlete going into the championships.
