The slope is the change in y over the change in x. From the points given the y's are: 3 and 1.

the x's are: 3 and -2


(3-1)/(3 - - 2) =
(2)/(3+2) =
(2)/(5)

The point slope form is

x_(1)) You can use either point. I am going to use the point (3,3)

slope = 2/3


y_(1) = 3


x_(1) = 3

y - 3 =
