For the first graph:

Domain: -∞
\leq x
\leq

Range: y
\geq 3

For the second graph:

Domain: 0
\leq x
\leq 4

Range: y
\leq 64

Explanation:

For the second graph, I'm assuming that that point are stopping at (0,0) and (4,0) that's why I wrote that for the domain. If it doesn't stop, then the domain would be the same and the first graph.
