This means you have to start at North arrow at A.

When calculating bearings, they must be in clockwise direction. So the direction you are moving from A to B must be clockwise.

Bearings must also be written with three digits as stated above.

a) The bearing is 70° but since it needs to be written in three digits, it becomes 070°.

b) The bearing is 145°.

c) The bearing is 234°.
