Display the Revenue, Expenses, and Net Income values in the Currency number format with no decimal places. Display negative values in red, enclosed in parentheses. Click and drag the filter out of the "PivotTable Fields" so that is it empty IMG1. Change the row labels to what it tells you IMG2. Change the values as Currency format shown in the top right corner of IMG3. Select cells B4:D6 and press ctrl1 and match IMG4. Now double press the lines in between B&C, C&D, and D&E.
