Answer in slope intercept form: y = - 13
Step by step
Slope of zero is a horizontal line since there is no rise and run
Point-slope form: y - y1 = m (x - x1)
y - - 13= 0(x - 18)
y + 13 = 0
y = -13
Slope-intercept form: y = - 13
