Answer is in the graph

Step by step

If you don’t have an online graph maker you can do this yourself on a piece of paper.

y = 4x + 5

5 is your y intercept which is +5 on the y axis.

4 is your slope measured from your y intercept point. Slope is y over x so 4/1 is your slope. Starting from y intercept of 5, go up 4 and over 1 and make another point. Connect your points to make your line.
Your solution sets are (0, 5) and (1, 9) and (2, 13) etc.
