23+30+27+30+20=130 divided by 5 equals 26

I always look at it like mean is mean because you have to do two steps.

Step one - add them all up 23 +30+ 27+ 30+ 20= 130

Step two - Divide that number (130) by the number of numbers ( that would be 5) EXAMPLE -- 23 is one 30 is two and so on
