Answer: The American Revolution was probably one of the most significant events for the nation, and even the world. The American Revolution took heavy inspiration from the French Revolution of 1789. The french even helped the U.S during the Battle of Lexington. This marked the end of the revolution. The U.S.A is now a globally known super-power, but it certainly did not start that way. Since the end of the revolution, America has been involved in many wars including the War of 1812, the Mexican War, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, and most recently, the Cold War. All of which have been very impactful on not just the U.S but the whole world.

Hope this helps!
