y-intercept: (0,60)

This is given in the table.

Slope:
m = (y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - x_1)

Using (1,50) and (2,40):

m = (40 - 50)/(2-1) = (-10)/(1) = -10

The slope is -10.

Using the slope-intercept form (y=mx+b) and the fact that we found m=-10 and b=60 from the table, the equation is:

y = -10x + 60
