To find f(g(x)) we need to:

  1. Put the equation of g(x) instead of x at f(x).
  2. Simplify.

f(x) = 4x - 3 g(x) = 2x + 1

Therefore:

f\big(g(x)\big)=4(2x+1)- 3=8x+4-3=8x+1\\\\\\\large\boxed{\bold{f\big(g(x)\big)=8x+1}}
