Rewrite as


(4)/(7) *(3)/(10) /(1)/(6)

PEMDAS says do multiplication first

When multiplying fractions, just multiply across.

12/70 / 1/6

When dividing fractions, KEEP CHANGE FLIP.

Keep one of the fractions, change the sign to multiplication, flip one of the fractions.

12/70 * 6/1

72/70
