Solve for 12 - h(7)

First find h(7)

h(7) = 7^2+3(7)-2

h(7) = 49 + 21 - 2

h(7) = 68

12 - 68 = - 56

12 - h(7) = -56.

I'm not sure if the question wants h(-56) as well, but just plug that in.

H(-56)=2966
