Answer is D. y = 1/2x -5

Step by step

First I found slope using the two points
(-14, -4) and (48, 27)

y2 - y1 over x2 - x1

27 - - 4 over 48 - -14

31 over 62 = 1/2 slope

Only option D. has 1/2 slope

Then I graphed it and the lines are parallel
