now plug in what you are given

y -5 =
(-1)/(3)X

I'm going to rewrite the above equation that is in the form of

y = mx + b , the slope-intercept form into

y = -x/3 +5

note how this is the exact same thing but written less clearly. now i'll just copy and paste that into Desmos graphing tool
