I think it will probably be 20 people because if you calculate the ratio 5:14 and then we have 7 we would do 7/5 which gives us 1.4 then we would multiply 14x1.4 and get 19.6 which could be rounded to about 20 people. This might not be the right answer sorry for any possible inconvenience.
