The volume of a rectangular prism is Length*Width*Higth.

( 2x - 1 )*( x + 2 ) =
( 2x^(2) +4x-x-2) = (2x^(2) +3x - 2)

(2x^(3) -6x^(2) +3x^(2) -9x-2x+6 ) = (2x^(3) -3x^(2) -11x+6)

Which is the equation, so the width of the prism is 2x - 1.
