Given:

The graph of a line.

To find:

The equation of the given line.

Solution:

From the given graph, it is clear that the line passes through the points (0,-2) and (2,0). So, the equation of the line is :

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)

y-(-2)=(0-(-2))/(2-0)(x-0)

y+2=(2)/(2)(x)

y+2=x

Subtracting 2 from both sides, we get

y+2-2=x-2

y=x-2

Therefore, the correct option is B.
