Part A: Length of each side 3/2 or 1.5 square units

(4^2 − 12x + 9)

=(2x-3)(2x-3)

2x-3=0

2x=3

x=3/2

The length of each side of the square by factoring in the area expression completely is 3/2.

Part B: Therefore Compairing it with equation (i) we get

Length = (4x + 3y)

Breadth = (4x - 3y)
