I’m not sure about the kidney disease but as for a diabetics patient. I think you shouldn’t eat too much carbs or like bread. Make sure to have your meals on time. When having a meal, add protein, meat, rice & veggies. Dark chocolate is good but not too much as it can make your blood pressure go all the way up and drop afterwards. Maybe take some walks outside for about 10mins a day.
