2x^2+8x-7

Explanation:

$(3x-4)(x+4)-(x+3)(x-3) \\ \\ =(3x^2+8x-16)-(x^2-9) \\ \\ =3x^2+8x-16-x^2+9 \\ \\ =2x^2+8x-7$
