you don't have the option to what the drop downs say so I'm giving my best guess as to what they all say based on context.

Data Set B has distant outliers, so it has a lower MAD.

The smaller MAD of Data Set A suggests that most of the data is less than the mean that is in Data Set B

However, most of the data in Data Set A is (unknown) spread out from the mean than in Data Set B

Therefore, MAD is not reliable when there is an outlier.
