B is closer.

Explanation:

If you go down 6, and over 2, it's a total of 8 units to get to the origin. For A, if you go down 5 units, and go right 4 units, it's 9 units to get to the origin. When you do the Pythagorean Theorem for A, you get 41, and square rooting that gives you 6.4. When you do the Pythagorean Theorem for B, you get 40, and square rooting it gets you 6.3. Therefore, B is closer. I don't really get the more than / less than .1 unit but if I had to guess, it'd be less than 0.1 unit because 6.3 is lesser than 6.4 by .1.
