Answer:

Function 1 is increasing bcz the slope is positive since it is observed that the values of the abscissa (X) increase as well as the values of the ordinate (Y), while function 2 is decreasing, bcz it has a negative slope since it is observed that as the values of the abscissa (X) increase, the values of the ordinate (Y) decrease
