PROCEDURE:

1. Cut out a letter “e” and then place it on slide face up.

2. Add a drop of water on the slide.

3. Place coverslip on top of “e” and drop of water at 45-degree angle and lower. Draw what is on slide .Figure1.

4. Place slide on stage and view it in low power .Centre the “e” in

field of view. Draw what you see in Figure 2.

5. Move the slide to the left ,then move the slide to the right,
