Ah yes.

So essentially the Qin emperor died in the year... 210 B.C.E. ( I believe ) the country broke out into a large civil war due to emperor not having an heir — his son was assassinated 3 years prior.

Basically, the country broke into a large civil war and people began fighting for land, power and economic standing.
