Answer: y = -4/5x - 5

Explanation:

So you can view that fancy F with the parenthesis number inside of it as an input, just like X, and when -1 is the output, that means that y=-1, so your first set of numbers is (5,-1) now do the same with the second pair and you get (0,-5), we know that this is the Y intercept because X=0 in this pair.

-5 - (-1) = -4

0-5 = -5

slope = - 4/5

y intercept = -5
